History
Encima Enterprises was founded in 2007 by Sherwin Ishmael, Tommy Altheme
and Kabena Kirkwood after our combined 50 years in IT for Corporate America.
Prior to forming Encima, Mr. Ishmael, CEO, served as the Senior Developer for
360 Consulting working for various Fortune 500 companies and Federal
Agencies which led him to form Encima Enterprises Incorporated.
